These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the xengo platform, including our URL shortening, QR code generation, link tracking, real-time notifications, custom branding, analytics, and integrations (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are located outside the European Union, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), rather than in court. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
