These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of xengo, a product of Synvu Limited (UK company no. 15761962), 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ (“xengo”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
xengo grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for your personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms.
You must not distribute spam or malware through the service, reverse engineer any part of it, build a competing product from it, or circumvent account limits or usage restrictions.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your credentials confidential, and reporting any unauthorised access to your account immediately.
You must not share your credentials. We may suspend access to an account where we reasonably suspect it has been compromised.
Free or freemium accounts that remain inactive for 28 days may be deleted automatically, along with their associated links and analytics. Paid accounts are exempt from automatic deletion.
You may not use xengo for illegal content, intellectual-property infringement, harassment, malware, unauthorised data collection, phishing, spam promotion, impersonation, or child exploitation.
You may not probe or scan our systems, disrupt the service, use bots or automated access without permission, or resell the service. Business accounts are responsible for the actions of their employees and contractors.
The service provides real-time data including email and webhook alerts, click sources, and device information. Where enabled, a fallback preview may be displayed before a visitor is redirected.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. Fees for partial periods are not refunded unless required by law. We may change pricing with prior notice. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard.
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law, including the GDPR. We process data such as IP addresses, device types, geolocation, email addresses and metadata to operate the service. We do not sell your data.
You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request its deletion. Any sub-processors we use are contractually bound to appropriate data-protection standards.
xengo owns the platform software, branding and designs. You may not copy or modify them, or use our trademarks, without permission.
You retain the rights to your own content, and grant us the rights needed to process and display it in order to provide the service.
We may modify or suspend the service at any time. Where we discontinue a major feature, we will give reasonable notice.
Free users may terminate at any time; paid subscriptions continue through the current billing period unless cancelled. We may suspend or terminate an account immediately for policy violations, payment failures, reputational risk, or to meet a legal obligation.
After termination, access to the service ceases and associated data may be deleted without further liability.
To the extent permitted by law, xengo is not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages, data loss, or service interruptions. Our maximum liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. The service is provided “as is” without warranties.
We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you of changes. Continued use of the service indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the law of the United Kingdom. Non-EU users consent to binding arbitration through the London Court of International Arbitration and waive rights to a jury trial and to class actions. EU consumers retain their local legal recourse. Where arbitration does not apply, disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
